Philippines Passport Photos
Philippines has the most
detailed specifications for passport photos. However we are glad to
offer our low priced Passport photo Service for Philippines Passport
Photos.
As the Philippines Consulate asks for very specific Royal Blue background,
we need a digital photo from you that has that background color. If
you can provide us a picture with the background color, we will do the
rest and provide you 8 (Yes, eight) Philippines Passport Photos for
a low price of $6.95)
If you are not sure if your
photos will work or not for converting into Philippines Passport Photos,
please email us your photos for verification/approval to our email address:

Philippines Passport Photos
Requirements
- Two (2) identical photos taken within the last six months of size
4.5 cm by 3.5 cm on a Royal Blue or Dark Blue background.
- There should be at least 8mm-10mm space at the top of photo and
the crown/head of the person to allow 'cropping' of the photo at the
Passport Information Control Center (Note: This margin does not match
with the sample photos they have included. Those sample photos seem
to have barely 2-6mm margin. For a 4.5 cm tall photo, around 1 cm
marging is too big!!)
- Matte Paper preferred: Photograph should be printed on good quality
photo paper, preferably MATTE. (Note: We will do on a very high quality
Glossy paper but if you do want us to use MATTE paper, please ask
us specifically for MATTE paper. However we will do only 6 photos
if MATTE paper is chosen and we will strongly recommend you to provide
Walgreens store address for local pickup)
- Use of eye glasses is acceptable, provided thre is no glare from
the glasses and applicants eye are visible. Use of sun glasses is
not acceptable.
